This policy describes how Echelon Seven LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you visit templeprotocol.ai.

What we collect

• Email address — if you join the waitlist. Used solely to send you communications about Temple Protocol. Not sold or shared. The notification that reaches our inbox also records the IP address and browser the request came from, so that we can recognise abuse of the form.
• What you write to us — if you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter, along with the same IP address and browser, for the same reason. All of it arrives as an email in our own inbox, and is not added to any marketing record.
• Which link brought you — when we place a link somewhere (a newsletter, say), we add a short label to it, such as ?ref=example-letter. If you arrive on an address carrying that label, it is stored on your device — in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie — for up to six weeks, and included in the notification we receive when you register your interest, so that we can tell which placement a signup came from. It is a short piece of text taken from the address you arrived on, nothing more. We do not read any other part of it, we do not use it to build a profile, and it is removed from what we report to our analytics provider. Like the rest of that notification, it passes through the email provider that delivers it to us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it immediately.
• Anonymous analytics — page views, basic device information, and the site or search engine that linked you (the domain only), via a privacy-respecting analytics provider, plus a small number of labelled events recording that something happened (a form was viewed, a signup was sent, which subject was chosen on the contact form). None of it carries your name or your email address, and there is no cross-site tracking.
• A spam check on our forms — both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which examines your browser and how the page was used in order to tell a person from a script, and issues a one-time token we verify. That check is run by Cloudflare under its own terms; what comes back to us is whether the check passed, which site and which form it was for, and any error codes. We use it for nothing but keeping the forms usable.

Consumer health data

The waitlist asks one optional question — which topic you would put to the evidence test first — answered by choosing from a short fixed list. You may also choose to write something health-related to us in the contact form, though we never ask you to. Until it was retired in June 2026, a concierge intake accepted free-text notes (for example, what you were working toward, or medications and conditions to weigh). We treat all of this as consumer health data. The one question we ask is optional and blank by default, and we collect an answer to it only with your consent; anything else of this kind reaches us only because you chose to write it to us unprompted. We never sell or share any of it. A separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy governs how we handle it.

What we don’t collect

Beyond what is listed above, we collect nothing about you. We do not ask for health information anywhere on this site except the waitlist’s one optional topic question, we build no profile of you, and we use no third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@templeprotocol.ai. Unsubscribe links are included in every email.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only essential cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking. Separately from cookies, this site keeps small pieces of text in your browser’s local storage: the placement label described above, for up to six weeks, and — if you use the reading-mode toggle on a protocol page — which reading you chose, so the page opens the same way next time. That preference stays on your device. Clearing this site’s data removes both.
